1.1 :: What is WAPL
WAPL is an acronymn for: Wapple Application Programming Language.
It is an XML-based markup language for describing pages of Mobile Internet content.
Once you have described your page in WAPL, you pass it through Wapple's Web Services and out to your users. Because Wapple is able to identify mobile devices precisely, your WAPL is converted into the exact markup that each different device requires.
WAPL has been developed by Wapple.net Ltd. to compliment it's world-leading suite of Mobile Internet publishing tools.
